In promoting our Invest in the Best Guiding Principle, we place a high value on continuing education for our employees. For our Industrial Equipment Group (lift trucks) technicians, we have corporate trainers that visit the branches to conduct training and we offer 4 levels of certifications. For our Construction Equipment Group technicians, we combine training from our corporate trainer and trainers from our manufacturers, which offer certifications specific to their equipment. Also, we send our managers, sales professionals, and administrative staff to relevant training in their line of work to sharpen their skills and stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and/or regulations.
